Coverage & countries

Krevalo ships from our European fulfilment centre to all European Union member states, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. Orders outside these regions can be processed on request — contact us at support@krevalo.co.

Our current shipping partners are DHL, DPD, and GLS, selected based on destination and parcel dimensions.

Large or oversized pieces (e.g. floor lamps, large pendants) may carry an additional handling surcharge, which is always shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Duty-paid (DDP) explained

All Krevalo orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees are calculated and included in the price you pay at checkout.

What this means for you: no surprise fees at your door. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay — the courier will not ask you for additional customs payments on delivery.

This applies to both EU and non-EU deliveries. For UK, Swiss, and Norwegian orders, we pre-clear customs in your name using our local IOSS/UK VAT registration.

Delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery windows from dispatch:

  • Germany, Austria, Benelux: 2–4 business days
  • France, Italy, Spain, Denmark: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 4–7 business days
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–8 business days (customs clearance may add 1–2 days)

Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also track any order from your customer account or by contacting us directly.

Delays & issues

Once handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control, but we monitor every parcel until it arrives. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, or if you suspect it has been lost, please contact support@krevalo.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate immediately.

Damaged on arrival? Please photograph the packaging and the item, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
