About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of krevalo.co and all purchases made through our store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms are drafted in accordance with EU consumer-protection legislation. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Parties
Seller: Pedroso Digital Ventures LLC, d/b/a Krevalo — registered in Florida, USA, EIN 98-1892153. Full details in our Impressum.
Customer: the person placing an order via krevalo.co. Only adults (18+) with legal capacity may place orders.
Orders & contract formation
Our website is an invitation to treat — not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline any order, for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are shown in EUR (or GBP / CHF / NOK where applicable), inclusive of VAT at the applicable local rate
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm the order
- All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no customs fees on delivery
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit
- Payment is taken at order placement
Delivery
Delivery terms, times, and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@krevalo.co and return the item within 14 days of notification.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised goods, nor to items that have been installed and cannot reasonably be returned to saleable condition.
Warranty & conformity
All Krevalo products come with the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee required by EU consumer law. If a product fails to conform within 2 years of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund the item — at your choice, where reasonable.
This legal guarantee runs in parallel with (and does not replace) any voluntary commercial warranties we may offer.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages arising from the contract is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content on krevalo.co — text, images, logos, design, code — is the property of Pedroso Digital Ventures LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the consumer's country of residence, insofar as mandatory consumer-protection rules apply. Otherwise, the laws of Germany apply, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
